subject to verification and adjustment by the tournament organizer.
- When applicable, Tournament organizers/Academies must pay a registration fee to create and
publish their tournaments on Kheldhaara.
- The registration fee is required to cover administrative costs and platform maintenance.
- Once paid, the tournament organizer registration fee is non-refundable.
Player Registration Fees for Tournaments
Player & Academy Registration:
- Once a player or academy completes registration on Kheldhaara, including any payment of
subscription fees if applicable, these fees are non-refundable.
- When applicable, Tournament organizers/Academies must pay a registration fee to create and
publish their tournaments on Kheldhaara.
- The registration fee is required to cover administrative costs and platform maintenance.
- Once paid, the tournament organizer registration fee is non-refundable.
- Players participating in tournaments hosted on Kheldhaara may be required to pay an entry fee.
- The entry fee secures the player's participation in the tournament and covers administrative and
operational expenses of academy.
- Player registration fees are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise specified by the
tournament organizer's refund policy.
Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid in full and in the currency specified on Kheldhaara.
- Payments can be made via the designated payment methods available on the website.
- Kheldhaara reserves the right to change fees and payment terms at any time, with notice provided
to affected parties.
Tournament Participation
By registering for a tournament on Kheldhaara, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set
forth by the tournament organizer. This includes compliance with tournament schedules, rules of
play, and conduct guidelines. Tournament results and standings displayed on Kheldhaara are subject
to verification and adjustment by the tournament organizer.
User Conduct
